I find children and teens fascinating to photograph because they’re unpredictable. Most importantly, to photograph a child’s true nature, I give them space to be themselves. Similarly, when I photograph children with fewer expectations, more portraits become meaningful. Let the kids rule!

For Angela and Kevin’s sunset session, they were looking for a unique and lush forest location. It was very important that their location was natural and rustic. I suggested Honolua Bay and it turned out great! They love their photos and so do I.
